*Nonmembers --- A nonmember surcharge of $260 per family is required. Nonmember surcharge is not refundable. This charge is ONLY for camp and confers no membership privileges.

Campers in grades 3-8(by Sept. 2008)

Located in the Suffolk Y building in Commack, Camp Create is designed to stretch your creative muscles by providing you with an exciting 4 week adventure in visual arts. Each week, whatever your skill level, novice through advanced, you will experience innovative workshops that focus on drawing, painting, printmaking and sculpture. Led by certified art educators, small group sizes allow you to explore each area of art with other enthusiastic young artists while developing skills and friendships. Daily swim in the Y's indoor pool and two museum field trips enhance the summer camp experience. Upon completion of the program, family and friends will be invited to a "Gallery Event" of displayed artwork completed during the session.
